lynsted kitchen gardenWho we are:

The Community Kitchen Garden is a group of local people, individuals and families from Lynsted and surrounding villages, who grow their own produce together.  We are based in a lovely field in Lynsted.

What we do:

We grow vegetables, herbs, fruit and cut flowers together. This collaborative food growing project was set up in 2021 and is also learning to make its own compost, harvest rainwater, keep bees and much more. We follow the ‘No Dig’ approach with the aim of improving soil health, reducing carbon emissions and increasing biodiversity. Sustainability and community are at the heart of all that we do.
